Albany State University Adoption and Foster Care System Essay

I’m working on a research & summaries report and need a sample draft to help me understand better.

I’m looking for someone to write a 10 page research essay over the Adoption and Foster Care system and its effects on kids as they age. Below I will attach a rubric as well as an outline I made and a Literature Review I did over the topic (you don’t have to use those sources) . I need a rough draft by Friday but the actual paper isn’t due until April 28th if from now to Friday isn’t enough time. My price range is between $30-$50 it’s kind of low but all I can afford at the moment. PLEASE HELP!
