States are considered laboratories when it comes to Medicaid. States have a broad variation for how Medicaid operates.
Using the following resources, select two states and create a table comparing the following: Medicaid eligibility, CHIP eligibility, number of enrollees, the average annual growth in Medicaid, the Federal and State share of Medicaid funding, state spending, total state Medicaid spending and one comparative measure of your choosing.
