Question Description

Section 1 select three questions (2 marks each)
1.What is one of your weaknesses and what you have done to improve?
2.Give two examples from previous jobs that demonstrate your willingness to work hard.
3.Tell me about a time you may have dealt with an angry or difficult customer or co-worker?
4.Tell me about a time you had to make a significant decision and how did you go about making that decision.
Section 2 select three questions (3 marks each)
1.What type of situation in the workplace would you consider stressful and how did you/would you overcome it?
2.Tell me about a time you influenced or went through a change. How did you manage that change?
3.Tell me about the most significant project you worked on. How did you manage it, from start to finish? (Minimum 3 steps required in detail)
4.Do you consider yourself to communicate well and develop strong working relationships? Share an example using the STAR method.

1.Explain a situation you wish that you had handled differently based on the outcome and what would you change (or will you change) when faced with a similar situation?
2.Communication is a transferable skill used with both internal/external customers. In detail, give an example of when you went above and beyond using communication.
3.Give an example of a time when you made a mistake and how you resolved it. (Use the STAR method)
4.Tell me about a time when you had many responsibilities and how you organized your time.
