Use Figure 11.1 and Table 11.1 (Nelson, 2018, Ch. 11, Efficient and Effective Analytics Programs section) as the foundation of your analysis. Your written analysis should be divided into the five stages in Table 11.1:
- Problem Framing
- Data Sensemaking
- Analytics Model Development
- Results Activation
- Analytics Product Management
Include a plan of action that your chosen organization could use to improve their business analytics program.
