Write a paper on a current employment law topic

• Final Paper requirements: Research and write a minimum of five pages double spaced paper reviewing the issue(s), formulating and organizing contentions and predict outcomes for the legal matter. Be sure to explain the employment law implications on ethics and/or business. Use the APA formatting and citation style.
• Possible general topics include arbitration, banking and finance, comparative civil procedure, constitutional law, criminal law, elections, environment and global warming, foreign investment, health, population, human rights, immigration, indigenous peoples, intellectual property, security, taxation, trade, labor, employment protections, transportation, sanctions, the EU, tariffs, marketing, globalization- to list only a few.

I encourage you to narrow your topic once you have decided on a general area. Example: “Globalization” is too broad a topic. Rather you could present on NAFTA’s effects on the American auto industry.

I was thinking of writing on different visas like study visas, work visas, family visas and how they affect the economy of the country etc. If this is not suitable for you then you can choose a different tpic but let me know what you will be writing on.
