When you finish all videos, there is the essay topic and Rubric.(Rubric is a document I upload)

The purpose of this assignment is to help you apply your knowledge of workplace stress to your own life (or to the life of someone who you know) by evaluating your own job (a job/internship/volunteer position you currently hold or a job/internship/volunteer position you have previously held) in terms of how stressful it is. If you have never held a job, internship, or volunteer position, interview someone you know (who has had a job, internship, or volunteer position – but who is not currently enrolled in this course) order to complete this assignment. Determine what makes this job stressful (or not stressful, as the case may be) and how that stress (if it exists) might be reduced by answering the following questions:

  • Is it the type of job that is considered to be stress-prone (a job that anyone would find stressful, like an air traffic controller or medical personnel)? If so, describe a typical situation or occurrence that induces stress in your job. (1 point)
  • Are there work task stressors (work overload or underutilization)? If so, describe. (0.5 points)
  • Are there work role stressors (job ambiguity, lack of control, physical work conditions, interpersonal stress and/or harassment)? If so, describe. (1 point)
  • Consider how much of your stress is attributable to dispositional causes: Is your behavior characterized by the Type A Behavior Pattern? Are you a relatively “hardy” person? How high is your job-related self-efficacy? (1 point)
  • How does your stress affect you physically, psychologically, and in terms of work-related outcomes (e.g., absenteeism, productivity, etc.)? (1 point)
  • What could you, as an individual, do to reduce your stress? What could your employer or manager do to reduce your stress? (0.5 points)

After you finish the essay, (around 750 words), you should do a checklist for rubric, what is that mean, you need to show me such underline or some marks for each points required,( total 6 requirements)

For example, for the first requirement, you underline this part in the essay.

  • Is it the type of job that is considered to be stress-prone (a job that anyone would find stressful, like an air traffic controller or medical personnel)? If so, describe a typical situation or occurrence that induces stress in your job. (1 point)

I want to make sure you follow each requirements and final , also give me the plagiarism report.
