Develop a PowerPoint presentation and cover the following topics.

You will need to pick any organization you want or utilize your own organization to cover the following topics.

1) How did the founders of the organization impact the organization’s culture?

2) How does the organization’s culture influence communication?

3) What current trends are impacting the organization’s culture?

4) How does the organization match business situations with the organization’s culture?

5) Discuss the relationship between subcultures. Are they aligned? Do they compete against one another? How is it impacting the organization?

6) What strategies are being utilized to leverage the diversity of generations within the workforce to make a better and more resilient organizational culture? If there are none being utilized then make recommendations.

7) Provide recommendations on how the organization and ensure proper development of interpersonal communication skills as it relates to the organization’s culture.

8) With all of the above ideas in mind, provide three strategies (ideas) that help an organization align their corporate vision with their culture.

You should create bullet statements for your slides and then expand upon those statements within the Notes section. You will use the Notes section to “verbalize” your presentation. The Notes section is not graded for grammar or spelling, it is just evaluated for content.

When presenting ideas from a reference you need to include the proper citation at the end of the bullet statement. You are required to have a reference page at the end of the presentation.
