Discussion post must include: (1) brief overview about the organization such as origin and locations in Milwaukee, how many people/families utilize this organization, (2) how would a nurse refer a patient for services, and how does a patient qualify for services, (3) describe potential benefits this organization may have related to food insecurity and/or improving quality of life, (4) describe any barriers for patients to use this service such as access, geographical location, stigma, etc.
