This presentation should include:

• background on the organization: who are they? how long have they been around? what are they doing?
• how do they see themselves succeeding: suggest a positioning Strategy in the form of a positioning statement
• consideration of SWOT: include the important macro- and micro-environmental forces and trends that this organization needs to pay attention to
• suggestions for improvement: describe at least 3 actions they could take in the short-term and at least 3 they could take in the long-term to improve their success

Aim for 15 – 20 minutes for the presentation; everyone in the group needs to have a speaking role.
