Search and find an individual management style measuring tool/program or survey/test and complete it. Report the result of what the test said you are/what your management/leadership style is in a 4-page paper. See further instruction below:
Each student will write a 4-page paper based on the designated instruments and feedback to assess her or his management/leadership style. (The Hay Group’s Managerial Style Questionnaire (MSQ) or similar instrument will be provided by the instructor). This assignment is designed to enable you to assess your current leadership effectiveness as seen by yourself and a few people who know your work (at the internship or a current or past work setting).
Please note that you will be graded on your thoroughness in collecting and analyzing data, summarizing results, connecting themes with course concepts and theories, and developing a viable action plan for further development.
Management Style Assignment Criteria:
