In a two to three page paper (excluding title and reference pages), analyze the value chain of your entrepreneurial venture by looking at structural (such as capital requirements) and executional drivers (such as commitment of work force to continuous improvement). Additionally, identify one structural and one executional driver not listed in the assignment instructions. What actions can you take to lower costs of these drivers as the organization grows?
