CASE STUDY:

Elsaworks in the banking industry. She has 25 years of experience but hasnever quite been able to advance her career to the position she wouldlike. She has never experienced over discrimination but feels as if herage and sex are the primary reason why she is overlooked for promotion.She has watched countless others, who she perceives as less qualified,pass by her on the way up the corporate ladder.
