Your online grocery store client has decided to hire a new MIS manager. You have been invited to participate in the hiring process and be a part of the interview committee. Using your knowledge of leadership, what leadership style would you recommend as being a “best fit” for your client? For Phase 3 of your project, you will present your recommendations to the upper management team.

Using a minimum of 5-6 slides, create a presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint that includes the following:

1. Describe the pros and cons of each leadership style as it relates to the specific business of running an online grocery.
2. What leadership style would you consider a “best fit” based for your client?
3. Support your recommendations with examples.
