Prince Georges Community College The Industrial Revolution Descriptive Essay

Throughout this course we have studied everything from Structural Functionalism to Capitalism. Much of our material has built on each other and at this point, you should have enough information to provide an informed argument on the basics of Sociology.

In this Assignment, you are to write a 3-5 page opinion paper on a topic of your choice that we have discussed in class. You are to state your opinion on topics such as, Capitalism, The Industrial Revolution, Nuclear Family etc. You are to state your thoughts and opinions on the topic and provide information from the text or an outside source that supports your opinion. Although this is an opinion paper, I want to normalize providing scholarly proof to support your opinion.

This Assignment will be due by Midnight next Friday, the 13th. We will discuss this in more detail during our next class session.
