In this assignment, you’re tasked with exploring the cultural nuances and systemic effects of John Henryism on African American Culture. Be sure to answer the following questions in your discussion post:

2. What are the implications of this theory on multigenerational suffering in African American communities.
3. How can we address such a hot-button topic in therapy?
4. What are the therapeutic implications of adopting espousing this theory as true? What complications might arise in treatment? What might be a best practice for non-African American clinicians when treating African American communities armed with such knowledge.
