For full credit, you need to provide that you did at least some research to back your answer, and must provide your resources. This will be graded based on your criteria and ability to analyze the situation and support your answer.

SITUATION

Assume that as executive housekeeper you observe one of your junior managers about to make a mistake. Recognizing that most people learn greatly from their mistakes, under what conditions, if any, would you step in and prevent the subordinate from making the mistake? If the mistake were to cost money, how would you justify the mistake to your own manager after you allowed it to be made?
