Think back to what you have learned during the AF Culture outcome and prepare a presentation that describes the culture of your organization to an outsider

Your presentations should include the following elements:

• Describe your organization’s culture
• Describe healthy/unhealthy elements of your organizational culture and the impact their organization’s culture has on its members
• Explain the importance of maintaining a healthy organizational culture
• Summarize your role in shaping, strengthening, and/or maintaining (as applicable) their organizational culture

In your presentation, consider the concepts from the Air Force Culture outcome and develop a presentation with a visual aid using the style of your choosing. While a visual aid is required for this presentation, it will not influence your overall score
