I definitely believe that vision drives and helps change. If a business is not getting where they want to, they need to rely on their vision to make changes. The vision was created as the foundation of the organization and is truly for guidance. So, a vision helps change the organization to get to the point where they want to be. In addition, it helps guide the change when change is necessary. It provides a direction that the organization needs to focus on and lets a business know where they need to get on track.
