Decision making is an important part of an organization. They can determine the success or failure of an organization, they can determine the hiring of individuals, the firing of individuals, and other aspects within the organization. Decision making is choosing one alternative from among several. Problem solving involves finding the answer to a question. It is important to note that decision making and problem solving may sound similar, but are different and may lead an organization in different directions.
