Discussion: Mission Statement

Effective leadership deals with the organization’s vision. The organization’s vision leads to the organization’s mission and for many organizations, is of paramount importance. Leaders cannot always make a decision just to please others. They require foresight and wisdom to analyze the implications of their decisions in the long run.

Based on your reading for this week:

Leaders often work on organizational vision and mission statements. Create a vision and mission statement to help guide you through your personal life.

Write a statement no less than 300 words that expresses your vision and mission statement to help guide you through your personal life. (Must be back by Scholarly Sources)
