With the “fiber of organization-people” as a backdrop, examine, and discuss “the people” of public administration (public administrators/bureaucrats). The discussion must address the following:
1. The role of public administrators/bureaucrats
2. Bureaucratic leadership at the federal and state level, particularly leadership in time of crisis like Hurricane Karina, COVID19, etc.
3. Organizational politics, particularly in the implementation of public policy.
