Using Microsoft Word, write a response paper of at least 300 words that addresses the following:

With the fiber of the organization-the people as a backdrop, discuss the interview you conducted in module 4. Your discussion should include the following:

Background information and highlights of the interview including and not limited to roles, responsibilities, and functions of the public administrator and institution he/she serves within.

An analysis of the interview which includes the theoretical lense through which you are analyzing the role of the administrator, and functions of the agency.

Conclusion and major findings; lessons learned from the interview and offer informed recommendations.
