Discuss the potential effects of not giving appropriate attention to ETL workflows. Discuss the issues that can adversely affect the quality of the data when an ETL system loads data from different data sources, but that ETL system contains important omissions in its extraction and transformation implementations. Provide at least one peer-reviewed journal article used for your findings.
