UC Week 6 Amazon Corporation Organizational Excellence Diagnosis Questionnaire

In discussing Organizational Excellence, let’s start with an analysis of your organization or one with which you are familiar. Take the Organizational Diagnosis Questionnaire that is found above. Provide a detailed analysis of what is working and what is not working.

Your primary response is due by the end of Week 6. It should be at least 300 words in length and you must extensively cite reliable sources, both as references at the end and as corresponding in-text citations (formatted according to APA standards). Attach your completed document to your primary posting. Make sure you discuss your particular results. The analysis you provide in your primary posting should not be in the form of a file attachment. Then, by the end of Week 7, respond substantively to at least two postings from your classmates. Each response to a classmate should be at least 150 words in length (citations are not required for classmate responses) and must be entirely focused on the specific content of your classmates’ postings (in other words, don’t just commend your classmate and then add some generic points that could apply to any posting).
