UA Situational Description of Double Signals Company Analytical Review

Purpose of the Assignment: Building upon the Organizational Analysis, participants are provided an opportunity to be academically creative by structuring a scenario that allows for an adverse event moving through to recovery and resuming normal organizational processes.

Parameters: This 8-10 page exercise is “a situation description and analysis” for the organization that you have already organizationally analyzed. Begin at the end of the organizational analysis so that there is continuity.) You will establish the scenario in DETAIL and lead up to what they did to minimize its effects as a result of pre-planning or no pre-planning. (All hypothetical but realistic)
