Question Description
This report consists of two sections. Each group submits their own Case History Report.
In Section One, from your knowledge or research, identify and describe two cases of organizations that have engaged in
significant intrapreneurship initiatives. These can be in any industry or time period.
Each group member will submit one case to the group. The group will choose which two to document. The paper MUST
include the name of each group member and the company they submitted to the group in the first section of the report.
In Section Two, please apply ideas from the assigned readings to analyze these intrapreneurship initiatives. Based on ideas
from the readings, please address such issues as: key factors contributing to their success or failure, what might have been
done differently, and the implications these cases have on future intrapreneurship initiatives.
Your case history report does not need to be more than 2 pages double spaced (12-point New Times Roman font). Being
concise is important.
