  4. Determine the different types of performance measurements that canbe used to measure QuikTrip’s service-delivery system design. Select atleast two types that can be applied and provide justifications for theselection.
  5. Examine the different types of technologies applied to QuikTrip’sservice operations and evaluate how the technologies strengthen thevalue chain.
