Society is rapidly changing in terms of diversity, and community-based organizations must be responsive to these trends. For this assignment, write a letter of no less than 1500 words to a local community-based organization’s executive director. Research the diversity trends in your community and then examine whether or not your chosen organization is reflective of those trends in terms of hiring and outreach.
