We are experiencing unprecedented times which call for unprecedented measures. In these uncertain times, leaders must put the safety and wellbeing of their employees first and still be agile with their operational planning. This agility must be so flexible that it is open to shifting as information and conditions change including but not limited to closing brick and mortar stores.

We have spent a lot of time studying leadership and what an effective leader looks like. As leaders of your global organization, how would you lead in these uncertain times to navigate an uncertain business climate as it relates to:
