SDSU the Song by Lukas Forchhammer Discussion

I’m working on a Music presentation and need an explanation to help me understand better.

Basic music knowledge is required.

The final project with follow the guidelines of the essay, which is

• Brief biographical information on the composer, especially relating to the piece• Historical and/or cultural influences and events relevant to the piece

• The piece’s basic musical structure, as outlined with the characteristics of musicstudied in unit 1 (this should be the most in-depth)• In conclusion, based on the above bullets, how you like the piece and why. But be presented in a 6-10minute video presentation. You will chose a piece of any type of music from themid-twentieth century forward: jazz, rock, pop, rap, broadway, film, video game,etc. In addition to a musical analysis similar to your essay explaining to your peerswhy the piece is “good,” you will formulate a more robust discussion of how thepiece engages community or society. Considering a discipline outside of music is alsodesired.You will also conclude your presentation with three questions that sum up yourmost important points. I will draw from these questions a portion of the final exam.

The song that I choose is Lukas Graham – 7 Years. You can find another piece of any song that matches the requirement above only if you think you can do better with it. Otherwise stick with this song.

I will attach a pdf file and a Youtube video link that explains the pdf on exactly what do you need to do and follow in the project.

Note: I don’t need a voice recording with it, only the slides. For the slides you can use any app such as, powerpoint, google slides ..etc.
