A great start in addressing this component of the activity statement is looking at the leader’s role in legal and ethical principles. You started to discuss how the formulation of nursing care decisions using legal principles impacts your practice. Can you further build on what you have here looking at the leader’s role in promoting Legal principles and Ethical principles- perhaps you can share how you saw your preceptor do this?
