Sometimes we get to still do this directly with our patients and often interdisciplinary teams but sometimes we support these initiatives by supporting our bedside nurses as their leader. b.Wonderful examples of medicare from both your selected immersion but also from your practice experience regarding policy, finance, and regulatory environments specific from the leadership realm. I especially loved the robust approaches leaders need to take as a foundation for each of these topics. Being the eyes and ears of the organization is so important as a leader to keep each of these areas in check, and that often starts with a strong relationship with your bedside nurses.
