Montclair State University Tableau Cumulative Project Based on The State

Suppose that your manager wants you to analyze the sales performance in your particular state, as assigned in the Tableau Prep assignment. For this project, you will be using your created Tableau Prep file for your state. Same scenario as the tutorial, except that it is now your job to look at overall sales and profitability for your state to see if you can find out what is driving these numbers. Please analyze only the Consumer segment. Please answer the following questions for your state in your Tableau Storybook as TEXT INSERTS for the appropriate pages:

1) Which products were profitable and where/when?

2) Which products were not profitable and where/when?

3) How many returns were there across the product categories and time frames?

4) Analyze the return reasons/products (sub-category)/frequency.

5) Analyze the days to ship across products (sub-category)/time.

6) Provide your insights as to how performance could be improved in your state.
