Knowing that the United Kingdom has exited the European Union (EU) as of 31 January of this year, and the recent news that Angela Merkel will not be seeking reelection for German chancellor (Karnitschnig, 2020); the news has sent European Union (EU) proponents into questioning the future stability of that coalition. According to the European Union Reading, as well as the European Union Videos, there are major concerns for the future of the EU. Which of the following three scenarios do you think would come to pass and give three supporting reasons why:

The EU will eventually disintegrate
