Please follow the directions from “Directions O-Z”

Directions O-Z: From the class survey data –

1 Copy & Paste the Major Fits Me data into the Descriptive Stats Calculator into Column A.

2 Copy & Paste the Work Hours data onto a new Excel Sheet. From the Insert command the

ribbon bar select Pivot Tables to tabulate the data.**

3 Copy & Paste your table into the Descriptive Statistics Excel sheet into Columns B & C.

4 Generate a graph of the table you created in step 2. See page 2.

5 See Completing the Assignment below.

*After opening the Excel sheet Enable Editing if asked to do so at the top of the sheet.

Completing the Assignment

1.Copy & Paste your 2 Descriptive Stats tables and 1 Graph to the Assignment Submission

Form where indicated.

2. Type in your name where indicated on the bottom of the form.

3. IMPORTANT: Submission Forms must be kept as a Word document (.doc or .docx) or PDF

(.pdf) or if needed as an image (jpeg, jpg, or png). Other formats do not open on my end.

4. Submit the 1-page Assignment Submission Form via the appropriate link.
