  2. PeterDouglas is a 77-year-old nursing home resident with congestive heartfailure and insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. He is alert andoriented times three and needs maximum assistance with all mobilityneeds. He was recently admitted to the nursing home after a 6-weekhospitalization for pneumonia and congestive heart failure. When he wasadmitted to the nursing home, the nurse admitting Mr. Douglas documentedthat he had a pressure ulcer on his sacrum. She described this pressureulcer as measuring 3 cm by 5 cm by 0 cm. The wound bed presented with100% yellow necrotic tissue, a moderate amount of drainage, and a foulodor. He was underweight, and his albumin level was 2. He was admittedto the nursing home for physical therapy to provide a program to improvestrength, balance, and mobility after his long hospital stay. Anutritional consult and a wound consult were ordered by thephysician.Answer the following questions:
