Marymount University Nestle SA Company Discussion

This is a scholarly, data-driven, cited assignment on an international company. The paper is expected to be between 5-7 typed pages of original material. Also, include a cover page and a bibliography (these are not part of the 5-7 pages required).

Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, APA Format

Choose one international company (a company that does business in at least one country other than its own). While you can look at a U.S. company, I would suggest expanding your search to companies that are not U.S.-owned.

Within the paper discuss:

• A brief history of the company (2-3 paragraphs) to include what its purpose/mission is, who is the CEO/President?
• Any recent news stories?
• Where it is located internationally?
• Its economic portfolio, what is it worth, etc…
• Any other information you found interesting?
• Choose one or two of its operating locations outside of the U.S. and discuss potential cultural, political, economic, and/or legal concerns (1-2 pages)

You should have at least 5 outside sources, plus the text book. The outside sources CANNOT be wikipedia or a blog. Ensure that whatever sources you cite within the paper are in your APA bibliography. Remember, every paragraph should have a citation unless it is your opinion.
