Suppose you work in student health center. Student wait times have been receiving bad scores on satisfaction surveys. You are asked to come up with a solution to fixing this problem. Based on the video above, we will analyze the program using PDSA cycle.

1. Write down you hypothesis i.e. a reason why waiting times are longer.
2. Based on the hypothesis come up with a solution. Describe how you implement this solution using PDSA cycle by describing each of the PDSA phases. For the ‘study’ phase of the PDSA cycles, what are 2 data elements that you can collect that will help in evaluating your program?
