4Describe and explain the significance of the National War Labor Board in the development of U.S. labor relations.

To engage and further facilitate the learning environment, Blackboard – Discussion Board will be used in this class to encourage peer interactions. It is important that each student complete research to provide solid knowledge and evidence of their research on the subject presented in their discussion. Acceptable styles are: APA (American Psychological Association), MLA (Modern Language Association), or Turabian (Kate L Turabian – The Chicago Manual Style). When responding to their colleagues the same research of the subject must be evidenced, citing why they agree or why they do not agree with other student’s remarks on a given subject – focus on the statements not the person making them.
