Georgia State University Facing the Unknown Culture Shock Discussion

Culture shock is defined by Merriam-Webster as “a sense of confusion and uncertainty sometimes with feelings of anxiety that may affect people exposed to an alien culture or environment without adequate preparation”.  Using this concept think back and share an event in your life that would fall within this definition.  Tell me a story of the event.  Make sure there is some back story so that I feel your discomfort.  How was the situation resolved?
