Need your help with a 2 page essay (NO SOURCES NEEDED) for speech class they are requesting a Fieldwork essay using nonverbal terminology.

Please use a restaurant setting (pick any restaurant) I went to the restaurant with my family to celebrate my fathers birthday. We interacted with owner, waiter and the busboy.When we got there the restaurant was all to ourselves then little by little 2 more families joined in please create whatever you think you observed.The waiters non-verbal gestures using the Kinesics required (emblems, illustrators, regulators, adaptors & affect displays).
