Florida Atlantic University Project Management Post Closing Report

This paper is considered your Post-Closing report. It is here that we will review lessons learned and finalize the project. Much of it has been completed as you completed Project 1-3. Follow the mantra Keep it Simple.

The Paper will cover the following.

3. Project Charter including Scope Statement (Completed in Project 2).(Attached)
4. Task List and Timeline (Completed in Project 3). (Attached)
5. Procurement Plan (where did you buy your materials and how much did they cost?) Materials are wood, glass, and grout
6. Project Closing Statement (less than one page)
7. Appendices and References (if needed).
