1. Paper: Write a 5–page summary and analysis ofthe reading. The paper should cover the followingparts of the paper (if appropriate): (1) research question, (2) background information (3) economic theory, (4) data and methods(5) results/conclusions, (6) your analysis of the reading. The “analysis” can include questions that you have about the study, critiques or comments about how the results of the study are or are not relevant to current even tsand public policy. Papers are due Friday 5pm on week of your reading.

2. Oral Presentation Deliver a 12–15minute presentation of the key elements of the paper (as described above). Try ask some questions of the audience as a part of your presentation, as appropriate, and prepare to answer some of their questions (with my help, if necessary, on technical stuff).
