Conduct a Diversity audit. Conduct a diversity audit on the organization where you work*. More information on conducting a diversity audit can be found under Course Resources.

After you conduct the audit, create an 8-10 slide PowerPoint Presentation that provides a review, analysis, and recommendations for your organization to share with your management team. Discuss the diversity audit, what you researched, what you found, and what your recommendations for the organization are.

* If you are not currently employed or would prefer to not use your own organization, you can create the diversity audit on a former employer or research a company at which you would be interested in working in the future.
