CC How Diamonds Are Formed & the Diamond Conflict with Man Made Diamonds Discussion

Please read carefully the overview of the forum session below:

1. This forum will be available for a week from 12am Sunday 11/1 to 11:55pm Monday 11/16 and you can do it on your own schedule.
2. An article or a link to an article will be posted on an a Sunday at 12 AM.
3. Students are subdivided into 10 groups. You can only interact within your own group to earn points.
4. To get maximum points, a student must: 1) read the article and create a 150-word statement/response to the key concepts of the article every other week, 2) submit the statement/response before Sunday at midnight, and 3) engage/give relevant comments on other students’ statements the following week (minimum 5 comments in the same group). Please refer to the grading guide that will be posted in the “Resource” tab and in the attachment below.
5. Maximum score for each forum session is 35 (20 points possible for the initial post, 15 possible for responses the following week). There will be 3 topics for the entire course.
6. Please write your statements/responses and comments directly in the forum. Do not attach any document.

Please use appropriate and formal words in your statement and comments. You will be allowed to see other student’s posts only after you have posted your initial statement about the article.
