• Evaluate yourself in terms of cognitive moral development and locus of control by responding to the following questions: What do you think about when faced with an ethical dilemma? What would another individual do in the same situation? What kind of world would it be if everyone took the same action? 330 words minimum
• Describe how you would explain those values (honesty, respect, responsibility, compassion, [and] fairness) to others and why they are important to you. 330 words minimum
• You conduct an audit of the formal and informal systems in your current or prior organization. – Does your organization address ethical issues in a formal, systematic way? If so, is it a cookie cutter, one-size-fits all approach? Has the organization customized an ethical culture to match its unique needs? 330 words minimum
• Evaluate the ethics program at your current or prior organization from the perspective of “fit.” You may need to reach out to your human resources department to locate the program. In your post, address the following questions: Has the ethics program been designed to fit the organization’s overall culture?
