Case Studies: write a two-page critique of the Environmental Assessments and studies reviewed. Write the critique using the format of a comment letter (business letter) addressed to the responsible agency official. Indicate whether you support the preferred alternative, a modification of that alternative, or another alternative. GIVE REASONS WHY! Provide an itemized list of changes, additional studies, environmental deficiencies, mitigation actions or corrections to the EA that will logically justify your preference.

Critiques should be based strictly on the technical completeness and adequacy of the studies. Discuss impacts that have been insufficiently addressed and provide procedures for conducting the additional assessment.
